Location: Opportunities available in Bathurst, Oberon and Orange
Key Relationships
Directors, General Manager, Other Real Estate Agents in the team, Administration Team.
Purpose of the Role
Our existing team has significant strength in representing the needs of clients with their residential, rural and lifestyle property needs. We are looking to grow our business across all areas.
Key Performance Indicators
- Growth in residential sales delivered by the business
- 100% Compliance with regulations and OHS
- Retention of existing client base while adding and servicing new clients
Key Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:Responsible for relationship building with our existing clients while introducing new clients to the business. Drive increase in Sales for the business while maintaining our client first focus. Assist the business to meet defined sales targets.This includes:
- Growth in all real estate sales delivered by the business
- Ensure that your actions and behaviors are in line with our client focused values
- Excellent Organisation and time management skills
- Professional communication, both verbal and written, with high ethical standards
- Growing our network of clients within the region
- Passionate and enthusiastic about Real Estate
- Being part of a well-established team that adopts a team-based approach to driving success for the business
- Appraisal and marketing of properties and negotiation of sales
- Creation of content for social media marketing
- Represent the businesses in the community and at business functions
- Flexibility to work weekends as required
Experience and Qualifications
- Prior experience in a comparable role is preferred but not essential
- Current Real Estate license or demonstrated willingness to obtain the necessary industry qualifications
- Hold a current and valid driver's license.
