REAL ESTATE SALES ASSOCIATE
Location: Orange or Bathurst preferred.
Key Relationships
General Manager, Other Real Estate Agents in the team, Administration Team.
Purpose of the Role
Support our existing team with all aspects of the sales process as you work with the team on sales campaigns from start to finish.
Key Performance Indicators
- Can do attitude and not afraid to do the hard yards
- A genuine willingness to learn
- Retention of existing client base while adding and servicing new clients
Key Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:Assisting our Real Estate agents as they work to meet their defined sales targets.This includes:
- Displaying resilience and being prepared to hit the phones and do the hard yards required to generate and convert sales leads
- Ensure that your actions and behaviors are in line with our client focused values
- Excellent communication, both verbal and written, with high ethical standards
- Passionate and enthusiastic about a career in Real Estate
- Taking pride in the best customer service and teamwork
- Conducting open homes
- Attend property appraisals and buyer inspections
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Flexibility to work weekends as required
Experience and Qualifications
- Prior experience in a comparable role is preferred but not essential
- Current Real Estate license or demonstrated willingness to obtain the necessary industry qualifications
- Hold a current and valid driver's license
